(Prepare for a 2.5 hour coach journey from HCMC to Mekong delta/Cai Be floating market. But we stopped at a very nice refreshment station en route). . We did so much in one day - handling bees/drinking snake wine/preparing our own Vietnamese-style lunch plus extra food which never stop coming from the kitchen!/kayaking/ watching a traditional Vietnamese performance/and a fun bike ride at the end.Read more”

Making pasta was fun and we felt a sense of achievement when we ate it for lunch! Rocco was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the local area. The bikes were well maintained and smooth - the electric turbo charge very handy on the hills! A fantastic experience!”
